Inner Peace counseling, Inc. is seeking 2 full-time therapists to join our practice located in Southwest Wisconsin.
Qualifications:
Education- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
Experience- Candidates will have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Licensure- Licensure in the State of Wisconsin is required.
Responsibilities:

Maintenance of licenses/CEU’s associated with licenses or certifications.

Provide both in-person therapeutic services as well as telehealth services.
-
Assessment and diagnosis of psychological issues.
-
Development and monitoring of treatment plans.
-
Providing therapeutic services in an ethical manner, based on clinical standards of care.
-
Completion of documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
-
Clinical collaboration with colleagues.
-
Follow Inner Peace Counseling, Inc’s and professional policies, procedures and guidelines.
-
Maintenance of confidentiality.
Compensation:
-
Compensation is based on a revenue-sharing model where Inner Peace Counseling, Inc. and the therapist agree to a predetermined split of the total fees collected for each session.
-
Full-time therapists’ range between $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually.
Work Schedule:

Inner Peace Counseling, Inc. offers a flexible schedule with each therapist choosing their availability between the hours of 9 AM- 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
